Universal Extractor is a program designed to only decompress and extract files from any type of archive or installer, such as ZIP or RAR files, self-extracting EXE files, application installers, etc. This program is able to decompress over 50 file formats and is helpful in
the events where the portable files are kept in an installer and you want to extract them without running the setup program on your computer. The tool allows you to extract underlying files from over 50 different file types available as both standard windows installer and portable format. In most cases the extracted files works perfectly except in some cases for-example like the registry entries required to run a program.
The installable version of Universal Extractor tool integrates its functions with the context menu with the options to Add UniExtract Files, Add UniExtract Here, and Add UniExtract to Subdir. You can also use the tool’s interface (shown in the picture) to extract the files from an archive. Just select the archived file or installer you wish to extract and the destination directory then click on OK button.
