Foobar2000 is another freeware audio player and manages your music library for the Windows platform.It supports different audio formats like MP3, MP4, AAC, CD Audio, WMA, Vorbis, FLAC, WavPack, WAV, AIFF, Musepack, Speex, AU, SND etc., Additional functionality is possible with plugin components. Some of the basic features include full unicode support, ReplayGain support and native support for several popular audio formats. Using the iPod Manager Component it can support your iPod or iPhone too.

Download the tool from the link given below and run the executable file. You can install the program either as standard or in portable format which eliminates writing to the registry.

Foobar2000 Installation

The Quick Appearance Setup wizard appears once the installation completes and you run the program for the first  time. This will let you choose the skin for your player.

Now you can add your music collection by File >> Preferences >> Media Library or  Library >> Configure >> Media Library. Under the Music Folders section on the right side of the above window, you can add directories where your music is stored or remove the paths if the music is moved to some other location. You can also search the huge collection for a specific album using the Library >> Search tool.
